We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining efficient scheduling for all of our customers.
Cancellations & Refunds

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled service time.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows or inability to access the property at the time of service will be treated as a late cancellation.
